Asus – the tech giant has recently announced its latest flagship laptop, touted as the Asus Chromebook Flip C213. The newly announced laptop is specifically designed for the education or we can say it is school-oriented device, which is powered by the Chrome OS. The laptop comes with high-end features and specs that will help to provide efficient learning to students.
The Chromebook Flip C213 comes with the support for 360 degree hinge that will let you use laptop at any angle. You can use it with different four viewing modes that makes easier for students to reading, studying, and in group discussion. The four viewing modes are: Tablet, Stand, Tent, and Laptop.
The laptop comes with an 11.6 inch touchscreen display with Full HD resolution. There are two variants of the laptop are available, you can pick either a Corning Gorillas Glass model or anti-glare finish model.
As I mentioned above, the laptop runs on the Chrome operating system. The advantage of the running Chrome OS is that, the laptop comes with a wide range of Google apps and cloud services for business and education. The apps included G Suite, Google Cloud Platform, Google Classroom, and more.
And it is powered by the Intel Apollo Lake dual core N3350 processor. For the memory and storage, the laptop packs a 4GB of RAM along with 32GB of internal storage. The laptop comes with a spill-proof keyboard that has a 2.0mm key-travel, which help you for providing easy typing.
Regarding the camera, the ChromeOS-based laptop sports a 5 megapixel rear camera as well as the front for capturing selfies and shoot videos. As far as the connectivity is concerned, the laptop comes with two USB Type-C ports, two USB Type-A ports, and a headphone jack as well. The device also comes with the support for microSD card reader for the expansion of storage capacity.
To power the device, there is a 46Wh battery which claimed to offer the 12 hours of battery life on a single charge. The device is also come with the anti-virus protection out of the box, which will protect your device from malware and being affected.
