Acer New TravelMate X3 Notebook Series Coming This Fall

Acer has introduced the TravelMate X3 commercial notebook series heading to professionals and small businesses this October. This series lights up great Windows 10 features, including your personal digital assistant Cortana, convenient and secure login along with Windows Hello using the integrated touch fingerprint sensor and access to great apps, games, movies and TV shows through the Windows Store.

It sports a 14 inch Full HD IPS display and is made of all-aluminum chassis with brushed metal design.

TravelMate X3 has a sleek design and is 18mm thin and weighs 1.53kg. The notebook can be configured upto 6th Gen Intel Core processors, 8 gigabyte DDR4 memory and 512 gigabytes SSDs. It boasts an LED backlit keyboard with a wider and larger touchpad. There is a 720p HDR webcam and features a USB Type-C port. The notebook comes out with an optional Acer USB Type-C Dock to connect up to 4K displays, providing power and a variety of peripheral connections by a single cable.

Other features include a TPM 2.0 chip, and less than 18 mm thin and weighs just 3.3 pounds. The light and thin design is perfect for productivity, anywhere.

The laptop also has a 180° hinge that allows you to fold the display so that it’s level with the keyboard.

It’ll be available in United States in October for $650 and up, although folks in China, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa should be able to buy the Acer TravelMate X349 starting in September.
